Agglomerate Abrasive

Product characteristics:

Agglomerate Abrasive are composed of one or several abrasives, such as brown aluminum oxide, white aluminum oxide, and silicon carbide, which are bonded with high-strength binders to form uniform abrasive groups. The abrasive grains are fine and randomly arranged. During the grinding process, abrasive grains slowly wear and fall off, and then new abrasive grains are exposed and continue to grind, forming multiple abrasive grinding layers. Therefore, it can have a long service life, high-precision grinding, and good consistency and stability.

Agglomerate Abrasive has high compression resistance, its materials and parameters can be adjusted according to different objects to obtain best effect.

Agglomerate Abrasive is easier to dissipate heat during grinding, accommodate residues, and discharge materials. Prevent blockage, reduce the temperature of the grinding area, and avoid burning the grinding object.

Application area:

1. Grinding: using for processing various materials, such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, tool steels, quenched steel, hard alloy, high hardness metal; and also wood, stone and other non-metallic material, etc.

2. Wiredrawing processing for metal and nonmetal work piece, improve the texture and quality of work piece surface.

3. Polishing: Improve the smoothness and mirror effect of work piece surface by processing the surface of the work piece.
