Magnetic Abrasive

Magnetic abrasive is one kind of magnetic nanoparticle based on magnetic-sensing material, composed of one or many abrasives, heat dissipation and lubrication materials. The magnetic-abrasive finishing is a new type of processing method assisted by magnetic field used for polishing workpiece surface. Magnetic abrasive can process workpiece with various shapes such as hole, cavity, groove, internal clearance with little gap, etc.
Characteristics:
Magnetic abrasive is one kind of nanoparticle abrasive composed of one or many abrasives, heat dissipation and lubrication materials. Inner magnetic-sensing material squeeze surface under magnetic effect, then draw, cut, sweep and work as a flexible abrasive brush with uniform polishing.
1.Good self-sharpening, strong grinding ability. Adjustable magnetic force makes a precision polishing.
2.Slow temperature increasing makes workpiece non-burn and achieve high precision polishing.
3.Magnetic abrasive can be widely used in plane surface, complicated surface and internal clearance with little gap.

Application area:
1. Automatic magnetic abrasive finishing. Magnetic abrasive is very flexible with high self-adaptation ability so it can process plane surface, complicated surface and limited space, get rid of disadvantages of manual and traditional processing. 
2. Processing small workpiece that hard to clamp on, work piece move with abrasive in the magnetic field. Because of their magnetic permeability is different, so their movement speed is also different, resulting in a relative motion and then grinding and polishing.
3.Polishing tube inwall，long and slender hole, narrow space.
