Fine particles trend random distribution, wear and fall off slowly during grinding, then new uncovering particle layers continue to work and form multilayer polishing. In this case, accumulation abrasive has long service life and high precision, better consistency and stability.

Application area
1.Grinding: using for processing various materials, such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, tool steels, quenched steel,  hard alloy, High hardness metal; and wood, stone and other non-metallic material.
2.Wiredrawing processing for metal and nonmetal work piece, improve the texture and quality of workpiece surface.
3.Sandblasting processing: removing the burr, rust, oil and dust of workpiece surface.
4.Polishing: By modifying the surface of the workpiece, improve the smoothness and mirror effect of workpiece surface.
